1. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open to people 18 years of age or older who are legal residents of the United States (excluding Florida, Massachusetts, and New York) or Puerto Rico, and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. This Promotion is intended exclusively for business-to-business (B2B) purposes. Participation is open only to individuals entering in their professional or commercial capacity on behalf of a business or organization. Consumers entering for personal, household, or family purposes are not eligible to participate. For avoidance of doubt, participants should check local requirements regarding his or her eligibility prior to participation in this Promotion. The officers, directors, and employees of Tech Innovations, and all advertising, promotion and judging agencies, persons engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for this Promotion (collectively the “Promotion Parties”) and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or persons living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

2. BINDING EFFECT
By submitting your entry, you agree to these Official Rules and failure to comply may result in disqualification. All federal, state, and local laws apply.
3. SUBMISSION PERIOD
The Promotion begins on June 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM, PT; and ends on July 19, 2026, at 11:59 PM, PT (“Submission Period”). All times referenced in these Official Rules are Pacific Time. Participants in other time zones are responsible for converting to their local time zone. Entries will be accepted through the Submission Period. Winner(s) will be announced by August 7, 2026.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Enter online. Participants will enter the Promotion by completing the form on the promotional landing page https://tech-innovations.io/logitech-giveaway.
The information you provide at submission will be used to contact you, if you are a potential winner. Participant bears all costs of participating in this Promotion including, but not limited to, any internet connection fees. Only one (1) business email address per Participant is allowed.
4.1. TAXES – U.S. WINNERS
For winners who are U.S. citizens, U.S. residents, or otherwise subject to U.S. tax reporting, receipt of the Prize may constitute taxable income. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt or use of the Prize. Sponsor may issue an Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) Form 1099-MISC or other applicable tax form for the fair market value of the Prize, if required by law. As a condition of receiving the Prize, Sponsor reserves the right to require Winner to complete and return an IRS Form W‑9 or other appropriate tax documentation prior to Prize award or delivery. Failure to timely provide required documentation may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
4.2. WITHHOLDING & COMPLIANCE
Sponsor reserves the right, where required by applicable law, to withhold and remit taxes from the Prize value, require additional documentation, substitute a cash payment of equal or lesser value, require local fulfillment, or decline to award the Prize in any jurisdiction where compliance obligations cannot be reasonably satisfied, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or liability for delays, failures, or inability to deliver the Prize due to customs restrictions, import regulations, tax compliance requirements, or governmental actions in any jurisdiction.
4.3. NO TAX ADVICE
Sponsor does not provide tax advice. Winners are encouraged to consult their own tax advisors regarding the tax consequences of receiving the Prize. Without limiting the foregoing, Sponsor shall not be responsible for any tax liabilities, reporting obligations, penalties, interest, or fees incurred by Winner in connection with the Prize.
5. SELECTION OF WINNERS AND NOTIFICATION
Random selection: Tech Innovations will randomly select twenty (20) winners at the conclusion of the Submission Period from the eligible entries received during the Submission Period (“Winners”). Odds of winning in the drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Notification: Potential winner(s) will be notified by Tech Innovations through their business email account used when entering the Promotion and must respond within five (5) business days with their preferred shipping information. If their reply is not received within the time requested, the Prize will be deemed as undeliverable and will result in forfeiture. Tech Innovations will randomly select an alternate winner.
Additional requirements: In order to receive the Prize, Winner(s) will be required to: (i) provide complete shipping information via the form sent to their email address within five (5) business days of notification; and (ii) electronically sign an eligibility certification and prize acceptance agreement via an esignature platform designated by Tech Innovations, confirming their eligibility, acknowledging receipt of these Official Rules, and consenting to use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes. Failure to complete both steps within the designated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the Prize and selection of an alternate winner.
Prize award: Prize will be awarded within thirty (30) business days after the winner has been verified, subject to customs clearance, import regulations, and other factors beyond Sponsor’s control in the Winner’s jurisdiction.
6. PRIZE AND PRIZE RESTRICTIONS
Prize: twenty (20) winners will be eligible to each receive the following Prize: One each of the following solutions: Zone Wireless 2 for Business (UC version), MX Brio 705 for Business, MX Master 3S for Business, and MX Keys for Business.
ARV OF TOTAL PRIZE POOL: US $579.97
Prize Restrictions: Prizes are not transferable or refundable, must be accepted as awarded and cannot be resold for profit. No cash equivalent or alternative product or prize will be made available; provided, however, that Tech Innovations reserves the right to, without any prior notice and at any time, replace with a similar product or the latest release of a product of the same category. Federal, state, local, and Puerto Rico taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Tech Innovations may issue any tax forms required by applicable law and will comply with all applicable tax reporting obligations. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any inability to deliver a Prize due to customs restrictions, import regulations, or governmental actions in the Winner’s jurisdiction.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Tech Innovation’s decisions are final on all matters related to this Promotion. Tech Innovations and its Promotion Parties are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, delayed or garbled applications or emails, incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, including but not limited to technical malfunctions, human or technical error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Only the fully completed online application will be accepted. All applications submitted become the property of Tech Innovations. Sponsor reserves the right, without prior notice to participants (except as required by law), to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion, in whole or in part, or to disqualify any entrant or Winner, for any reason in its sole discretion, including without limitation: (i) fraud, tampering, or any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, which Sponsor may pursue through all available legal remedies; (ii) technical failures, human error, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that impairs the integrity of the Promotion; or (iii) compliance with applicable laws or regulations becoming impractical or impossible in any jurisdiction. For any modifications, suspensions, or terminations affecting Puerto Rico residents, Sponsor shall comply with all applicable Puerto Rico Department of Consumer Affairs requirements, including submission of any required petition or notice. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. By participating in this Promotion, Participant releases and agrees to hold harmless Tech Innovations and its Promotion Parties from any and all liability with respect to acceptance, possession or use (misuse), or failure to use any matters arising out of or relating to this Promotion or any Prize.
8. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a Prize shall constitute the Winners’ agreement that Tech Innovations may use their name, address, voice, likeness and Prize information for promotional purposes without further payment or compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. PRIVACY; DATA COLLECTION
Information provided by you for this Promotion is subject to Tech Innovations privacy policy located at privacy policy.
10. SPONSOR
The Promotion is sponsored by Tech Innovations with headquarter offices at 8601 NW 27th St, Doral, Florida 33122, USA.
11. LIST OF WINNER(S)
Winner(s) may be announced on Tech Innovations social media outlets, however, you may also receive a list of the Winner(s) by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Public Relations Manager at Tech Innovations’ address no later than 60 days from end date of the Promotion Period.
12. DISCLAIMER
TECH INNOVATIONS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ANY PRIZE OR YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD TECH INNOVATIONS, THE PROMOTION PARTIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, RIGHTS, CLAIMS AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION OR RESULTING FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE OF ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, AND PROPERTY DAMAGE, AND CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, OR INVASION OF PRIVACY.
13. DISPUTES
Participant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, other than the administration of the Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively through final and binding arbitration conducted under the Consumer Arbitration Rules (“Rules”) of the American Arbitration Association, except that any dispute that would otherwise fall under the jurisdiction of a small claims court may, at the option of one of the parties, be brought in a small claims court of competent jurisdiction prior to the appointment of an arbitrator; provided, however, that any arbitration, class action waiver, damages limitations, or claim deadline requirements shall not apply in any jurisdiction where such requirements are prohibited by law; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion but in no event attorneys’ fees, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law; and (c) under no circumstances will registrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and registrant hereby waives all rights to, claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, except to the extent such waiver is prohibited by applicable law. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THE WAIVER OF PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR CLASS ACTION BANS, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, THE LIMITATIONS, EXCLUSIONS, AND WAIVERS HEREIN SHALL BE MODIFIED TO THE MINIMUM EXTENT NECESSARY TO COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE LAW. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator selected by mutual agreement of the parties or under the selection process set forth in the Rules. The costs of the arbitration shall be apportioned between the parties as set forth in the Rules. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding on the parties without right of appeal. YOU MUST CONTACT SPONSOR WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR OF THE DATE OF THE OCCURRENCE OF THE EVENT OR FACTS THAT GIVE RISE TO A CLAIM, OR YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PURSUE ANY CLAIM BASED UPON SUCH EVENT OR FACTS, unless a longer period is required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Participant and Tech Innovations in connection with the promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
